Our financial services client is seeking a Receptionist for an exciting 1-year contract opportunity!This is an on-site position, located in Downtown Toronto, ON. Responsibilities : Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate person. Maintain daily events electronically through Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Teams.Maintenance of multiple meeting rooms to include, as needed.Maintenance of Reception area to keep it clean and stocked.Assisting with special projects as assigned by manager.Issuing of visitor passes and parking validationHandles incoming mail and packages for the bank including sorting, researching and emailing partners.Performs various administrative duties such as preparing documents or reports.Qualifications : 1-3 years prior experience in an office receptionist / administrative assistant position.
