About the Role
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Reception Administrative Assistant to join our team in Toronto, ON. This role is responsible for front desk operations, phone etiquette, administrative support, and clerical tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day office communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the team
- Manage office correspondence, scheduling, and document organization
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed
What You Bring to the Team
