The Speech Specialists are a highly experienced group of Speech Language Pathologists, Speech Language Associates, Behavioural Therapists, and Occupational Therapists that provide private in-home and clinic-based services for clients across Southern Ontario.
We provide individualized and comprehensive assessments as well as unique treatment programs for each of our clients. Our large and diverse team strongly believes in a multi-disciplinary and family centered approach to therapy.
Job Description :
Our goal is to provide a work environment that is collaborative, energetic, and welcoming to all our therapists, employees, and practitioners.
The job involves various administrative responsibilities, such as :
- Checking voicemail and responding to e-mails
- Scheduling / cancelling / rescheduling / confirming appointments using scheduling software
- Using referral tracking log to create reports
- Completing billing tasks such as sending invoices, receipts, and payment statements using Stripe.
Candidate must be able to :
- Speak, read, and write English fluently. Have a strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Display great communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant an asset
- Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and Social Media Marketing an asset
