Our client, a leading digital product studio, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Analyst to join our innovative and talented team. THE OPPORTUNITY:
As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in maintaining the company's financial health. In this position, you will process and manage billing cycles, ensure accuracy in invoicing and payment of vendor invoices, and maintain open communication with internal teams and clients. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has a strong understanding of financial processes and functions.
SUCCESS CRITERIA & DELIVERABLES:
- Understanding of company objectives and processes within 3 months
- Strong understanding of financial processes and functions
- Hands-on experience with billings and invoicing
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis
- Experience in professional services and B2B SaaS industries
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
- Knowledge of AR, AP, and payroll processes
- Experience with financial planning and analysis, including cash flow and AR forecasts
- Familiarity with billing processes and software, such as Wave and ERP systems like Xero
- Experience working with revenue of 10-25 million
- Ability to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision
