Heavy Duty Technicians will work out of a well-equipped service truck and in a clean and organized shop to diagnose, troubleshoot, service, repair, and perform preventative maintenance to electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems on a variety of construction, forestry, and mining equipment.
JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
At least 3 years heavy equipment repair experience (i.e. dozers, loaders, excavators, skid steers, rock truck, graders, etc.)
Strong diagnostic skills
A Heavy Equipment Mechanic License OR Registered 5th Year Apprentice, preferred but not required
Own tools
Valid G drivers license and clean driving record
All hired HD Mechanics must pass a pre-employment background check (Criminal and Driving)
Shifts : Days, Monday Friday. Plenty of OT available.
