About the Team

At Nutanix, you will have the opportunity to join the Canada Commercial / Government Team, comprised of 10 Sales Account Managers located across the vast expanse of Canada.

The team is known for its collaborative and driven nature, maintaining a high-paced environment while embodying the core values of being Hungry, Humble, Honest with Heart.

You will report to the National Sales Manager for Commercial and Government markets. This role is remote, allowing for flexibility;

however, it is recommended that Sales Account Managers be in front of prospects, customers, and the partner ecosystem whenever necessary.

While much of the work can be done remotely, face-to-face interactions are essential for building relationships and driving sales.

The team meets occasionally in different locations but the primary travel requirements are limited to the Greater Toronto Area and Western Ontario, Canada.

This setup encourages personal interactions while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Your Role

  • Manage and develop relationships with commercial / government -level accounts in Toronto, Canada
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineer to set account strategy and direction
  • Create and deliver formal quotes, sales proposals, and presentations
  • Foster collaboration and guide Nutanix account teams
  • Develop and implement account plans based on customer needs
  • Identify and leverage customer references for sales opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Operations, Channel and Product Development teams
  • Utilize target account, solution selling, and consultative sales techniques

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 276,640 and USD $ 414,960 per year.

However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.

Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an at-will position and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department / team performance, and market factors.
