About the Opportunity

This is a permanent full-time position with the flexibility to work in a hybrid manner, with travel expected. Reporting to the Vice President, Client Solutions, the Manager, Creative and Production leads the Production and Creative Services team delivering outstanding creation, execution, delivery and client services to our internal and external clients ensuring excellence across all creative and production deliverables.

The Manager is a key member of the Client Solutions team and the Management Team at Wynford and keeps abreast of all projects in Wynford and their development stages.

What You Bring :

  • Minimum 5 years progressive management / leadership experience
  • Minimum 2 years project management experience
  • 3-5 years experience executing, developing and delivering production elements for events
  • Minimum 8 years of related experience, ideally in an agency environment servicing complex client requirements or within entertainment / media production
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, clients and vendors
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Well-developed administrative and analytical skills; meticulous attention to detail
  • A strong understanding of ethical principles and regulatory requirements
  • Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma in business or related discipline
  • Experience with Microsoft Office & Google Suite

  • Creative Direction : Contribute to the creative direction for projects, working closely with internal stakeholders to understand program objectives.
  • Execution and Delivery : Ensure that projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget, while maintaining a keen eye for detail and quality.
  • Quality Assurance : Uphold high standards of quality in all creative deliverables, conducting regular reviews and evaluations and providing constructive feedback to team members.
  • Continuous Improvement : Committed to continuous learning and improvement, staying updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in creative services and production management.
  • Collaboration and Communication : Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication across departments.
  • Budget Management & Profitability : Develop and oversee budgeting for events and programs, ensuring that creative ideas are executed within the allocated budget.
  • Project Planning and Management : Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Reconciliations : Lead the reconciliation process to support the internal team as required to ensure final reconciliations are completed and sent to the client within 60 days of execution.
  • Manage Suppliers / Contractors effectively to ensure all invoicing is processed and handled in a timely manner to meet reconciliation deadlines.
  • Follow, uphold and abide by all company policies, processes and procedures.
