This role requires strong communication skills and at least 1-year previous experience in a customer facing role. For this position you must meet the eligibility criteria for a USA security clearance, which includes a residency requirement of a minimum of five years in Canada.

• Pay rate: up to $ 19.93/hour
  
• Location: Toronto, ON
  
• Shifts: Monday to Friday | 7:30 AM- 4:00 PM
  
• Job type: Full-time | Temporary | 6 months contract with potential of extension

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greeting scheduled guests and visitors in a warm and friendly manner
  
• Checking in applicants, screening as per consulate requirements
  
• Directing applicants to the correct department or area, as per their scheduled appointment
  
• Other duties as assigned
  

Requirements and Qualifications:

• One (1) year of experience in a customer facing role
  
• Must have strong communication skills
  
• Must be tech savvy and able to navigate appointment software systems
  
• A second language would be considered an asset
  
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
  
• Must be able to pass a USA security clearance, which requires being in Canada minimum 5 years
  
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
