- Shifts: Monday to Friday | 7:30 AM- 4:00 PM

Duties and Responsibilities:- Greeting scheduled guests and visitors in a warm and friendly manner
- Checking in applicants, screening as per consulate requirements
- Directing applicants to the correct department or area, as per their scheduled appointment
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications: - One (1) year of experience in a customer facing role
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must be tech savvy and able to navigate appointment software systems
- A second language would be considered an asset
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to pass a USA security clearance, which requires being in Canada minimum 5 years
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
