Icon Builders Inc. is a leading construction company specializing in commercial, residential and institutional projects. Currently seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join the team as a Construction Site Supervisor.

If you responded yes - we would like to hear from you.Responsibilities : Oversee and manage day-to-day operations at construction sites, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, safety regulations and budget management.
Coordinate and supervise construction activities, including material delivery, equipment usage, and subcontractor work, to ensure efficient progress and timely completion of projects.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to interpret construction plans and specifications, providing guidance and support throughout the construction process.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess work progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Manage and maintain accurate records of project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and incident reports.
Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Monitor and enforce compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, implementing necessary measures to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
Requirements : 5-7 years of experience in construction supervisionIn-depth knowledge of construction standards, codes, and regulations.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various construction sites as required.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities to manage and motivate a diverse team.Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, demonstrating the ability to handle unexpected challenges on-site.
Safety Trainings and Certifications are preferredProficient in using construction management software and computer applications.
