As a Specialist, Global Digital Advertising at Achievers, you will play a crucial role in amplifying our brand's presence and helping drive our lead generation efforts across key global markets, including North America, APAC, and EMEA.

Responsibilities :

Campaign Strategy & Execution : Assist in developing and executing comprehensive digital advertising strategies that align with our global marketing objectives.

Focus on scalable campaigns that target specific regions according to their unique market dynamics.

Performance Analysis : Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data to optimize future campaigns, ultimately responsible for retiring a target of MQLs, New Initial Meetings, and pipeline generated from these activities.

Implement A / B testing strategies to improve ROI.

• Cross-Regional Coordination : Collaborate with regional marketing teams to ensure campaigns are localized and relevant, maximizing engagement and conversion across diverse markets.
• Budget Management : Help manage budgets for digital advertising campaigns, ensuring efficient spend across platforms and regions.
• Trend Monitoring : Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, especially those specific to the North America, APAC, and EMEA regions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with a broad spectrum of teams spanning marketing functions such as brand & content, design, and SEO, to data analytics and sales.
