As the In-House Stylist for OVO Merchandising, you will style lookbooks, and campaigns, ensuring all visuals align with OVO’s aesthetic. You'll manage product organization, studio prep, logistics, and oversee sample handling, pre-styles, and shoot execution to drive OVO’s creative initiatives forward.ABOUT THE ROLEOwn the styling for OVO’s lookbooks, campaigns, and other marketing assets, curating complete looks that reflect the brand's identity.Create pre-styles for upcoming collections, reviewing them with the key stakeholders, including the VP of Product Design, to ensure alignment with the overall design direction.Conduct fittings for both men's and women's collections, ensuring proper fit and styling, and making adjustments as needed for the perfect visual representation.Select and pull merchandise for shoots based on the shoot schedule and styling requirements, including key pieces and accessories from the Distribution Center (DC).Collaborate with the brand marketing and product teams to ensure that styling direction for each campaign and lookbook aligns with OVO’s seasonal vision.Lead the organization and preparation of product racks for shoots, ensuring all merchandise is displayed in a way that highlights key items and collections.Track monthly styling, ensuring that all products are appropriately represented and prepared for upcoming campaigns, shoots, and editorial content.Source footwear and accessories to complement key looks and ensure a well-rounded styling approach for each collection.Review seasonal product and design direction, providing input to enhance visual representation for marketing assets.Manage sample handling, ensuring all items are properly tagged, tracked, and accounted for, and returned promptly after shoots.Collaborate with the studio team to maintain smooth, efficient studio processes, ensuring timely set-up and breakdown for all shoots.Prep and organize styling / studio needs before and after shoots, including managing racks, garments, and props to ensure an organized and efficient environment.Accountable for the organization of basics, footwear, and end-of-season goods, ensuring these products are properly stored, cataloged, and prepared for shoots or returns.Oversee the styling related logistics for shoots, working closely with the DC, transportation team, and retail teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all products.Maintain accurate records of marketing samples, manage returns, and ensure all items are returned to the appropriate locations post-shoot.Stay in tune with current trends while styling on brand, constantly researching fashion, streetwear, and cultural influences to ensure that styling for campaigns, lookbooks, and other assets reflects the latest industry trends and innovations, while always remaining true to the OVO brand's aesthetic.MUST HAVES3+ years of experience in styling, merchandising, or visual merchandising, preferably in the fashion or streetwear industry.Degree or certification in fashion merchandising, styling, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).Strong portfolio showcasing experience with styling for lookbooks, campaigns, and other fashion editorial content.Expertise in creating pre-styles and presenting them for review and approval by key stakeholders.Expertise in organizing and styling product racks, props, and styling tools for shoots.Experience managing sample handling processes, including tracking, tagging, and ensuring timely returns.Highly organized with excellent time management skills, especially for managing product logistics, styling coordination, and studio organization.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including creative, transportation, and retail teams.Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a keen eye for visual storytelling.Passionate about the OVO brand and its aesthetic.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
