Your Responsibilities
As the new Senior Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in the establishment and overall management of long-standing relationships with our banking, insurance, investment management, corporate, and supply chain clients. You will be part of our international Commercial team and report to the Associate Director, Key Account Management, Lead Americas in Toronto, Canada. Moreover, you will :
- Manage a portfolio of clients including banks, insurance providers, asset managers, asset owners, and non-financial multinationals, among others.
- Grow your book of business by selling RepRisk services deeper into accounts, across divisions, and entire enterprises.
- Proactively sell, nurture, and grow client relationships in line with the RepRisk Client Journey.
- Support RepRisk’s position as a leading ESG service provider and ensure client satisfaction and high client retention rate by maintaining the high-quality service standards of RepRisk.
- Carry out a variety of operational and administrative activities in the lifecycle of a client relationship.
You Offer
5-10 years of previous experience working with institutional investors, risk management and credit professionals with proven experience in selling and contract negotiations.
Solid understanding of institutional investment landscape, public and private markets, banks, asset management, hedge funds, PE firms, etc.
Proven analytical and data understanding that enables easy interaction with financial professionals on investment criteria, work flows, etc.
Strong ability to think strategically and analytically about business and products.
A relevant bachelor's or higher degree is required.
Advanced MS Office skills are essential.
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM is essential.
Previous work experience at a financial market data provider is an advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Any other major business languages, French, or Spanish would be an advantage.
