Ideal applicant :
- Experienced SS Tig Welder
- Experienced in Fitting custom machinery
- Solutions oriented
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Great organizational skills
- Team oriented person
Duties :
- Fitting of sheet metal and structural weldments as required
- TIG & MIG welding of stainless and carbon steel
- Blue print reading
- The ability to meet production goals
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekend hours as required
- Able to work with minimal supervision yet know when to ask for direction
- Work in a safe and courteous manner and as part of a team when required
- Overlap in other departments as necessary
