About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Consultant to join our team in Toronto. This role requires expertise in converting monolithic systems to microservices architecture and hands-on experience with Java backend development.
As a Senior Java Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing CRM solutions within large, distributed environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monolithic to Microservices Conversion : Lead efforts to transition from monolithic architectures to microservices, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and maintainability.
- Java Backend Development : Develop and maintain robust Java-based backend systems, utilizing relevant frameworks and APIs.
- CRM Solutions : Design, develop, and implement CRM solution architectures, leveraging your extensive knowledge of CRM applications, database technologies, and communication protocols.
- Solutions Design and Development : Provide expertise in solutions design, ensuring effective integration with various services and alignment with business requirements.
Qualifications :
- Experience : Proven track record in converting monolithic architectures to microservices and substantial hands-on experience in Java backend development.
- CRM Expertise : Extensive experience in designing and managing CRM solutions in large, distributed environments.
- Technical Skills : In-depth knowledge of CRM applications, operating systems, database technologies, and communication protocols.
- Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead the development and implementation of CRM solution architectures effectively.
