We’re currently looking for a full-time Account Manager to join our growing team. This role will be based in the York Region in Ontario.

Working primarily from a home office with occasional onsite visits to our Burlington office, the Account Manager is responsible for prospecting, generating, and securing sales of OneTEAM Sports Group products focused on elementary and high schools.

They are responsible for the development and growth of accounts within their assigned territory. The sales territory for this role is the York Region area, including schools in the York Region District School Board where we have existing preferred contractual relationships.

Responsibilities :

  • sales of OneTEAM products to clients throughout your respective territory
  • calling schools as a preferred vendor to foster relationships
  • OneTEAM’s customer base and revenue by targeting, acquiring, and retaining clients
  • existing customer revenue contribution to territory
  • the complete business development lifecycle from lead generation through to opportunity qualification, presentation, price negotiation and close
  • a sales pipeline to ensure sales targets are achieved and where possible, exceeded
  • and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
  • to sales process and provide accurate reporting to management using NetSuite.
  • in Regional and National Sales meetings
  • day to day sales and order activity
  • outstanding customer service to all accounts
  • competitors' products / services
  • knowledge of the product and competitive environment
  • of all OneTEAM programs and products
  • and reporting on marketing opportunities
  • Sales forecast annually
  • of Sales figures monthly
  • monthly territory updates including forecasting to Sales Manager
  • tasks and duties as assigned by management

Qualifications :

  • sales experience
  • working with schools in the York Region District School Board is an asset
  • relationship building skills
  • working in a target led environment
  • to manage own schedule and workload, maximizing opportunities to be with schools, teams, clubs; engaging with potential clients
  • verbal, written and presenting skills
  • focus on business development through effective prospecting
  • in the MS Office suite of applications. Strength in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • and creative solution thinking in meeting customer requirements
  • with highly positive attitude and a commitment to long term success both personally and for OneTEAM
  • of market trends and competitors within assigned territory
  • driver’s license and own a vehicle
