We are seeking a proactive Online Recruitment Executive to manage the full 360-degree recruitment cycle and handle business development efforts.

This is a commission-based role, perfect for driven individuals who thrive in an independent and flexible work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the full 360-degree recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
  • Handle business development activities by identifying and engaging potential clients to understand their hiring needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.
  • Source candidates through various online platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.).
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements.
  • Negotiate offers and close placements while ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates.
  • Meet monthly targets for candidate placements and business development.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends, market conditions, and talent acquisition strategies.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment (360-degree recruitment).
  • Strong business development skills with the ability to identify new clients and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Flexibility to work remotely with a focus on results and commission earnings.
