KeyResponsibilities :
- Managethe full 360degree recruitment cycle : sourcing screeninginterviewing and placing candidates.
- Handlebusiness development activities by identifying and engagingpotential clients to understand their hiringneeds.
- Build and maintain strong relationshipswith both clients and candidates to ensure successfulplacements.
- Source candidates through variousonline platforms (LinkedIn job boards social mediaetc.).
- Conduct interviews and assessments tomatch candidates with clientrequirements.
- Negotiate offers and closeplacements while ensuring a positive experience for both clientsand candidates.
- Meet monthly targets forcandidate placements and businessdevelopment.
- Provide ongoing support to clientsand candidates throughout the recruitmentprocess.
- Stay updated on recruitment trendsmarket conditions and talent acquisitionstrategies.
Requirements :
- Provenexperience in fullcycle recruitment (360degreerecruitment).
- Strong business developmentskills with the ability to identify new clients and maintainlongterm relationships.
- Excellent communicationnegotiation and interpersonalskills.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools andplatforms (LinkedIn job boards etc.).
- Highlymotivated targetdriven and able to workindependently.
- Flexibility to work remotelywith a focus on results and commissionearnings.
