Hourly Rate: $25/hour
Contract: 6 months
Location: On site in Toronto
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for all candidates.
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking events) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct Interviews: Schedule and conduct interviews, assessing candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular updates to management.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Tools: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Detail-Oriented: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
