Job Description : Business Analyst – Enterprise Reconciliation and Strategic Initiatives

The Enterprise Reconciliation and Strategic Initiatives team is seeking a Business Analyst to lead reconciliation analysis, data sourcing, and requirements gathering. The ideal candidate will have experience in reconciliation processes, securities, and tools like iMatch, with the ability to prototype and build reconciliation solutions independently.

Responsibilities

• Analyze reconciliation objectives and define data requirements in collaboration with reconciliation leads.
• Prototype, build, and execute reconciliations using iMatch or similar tools (e.g., Broadridge).
• Align data requirements with internal and external supplier teams, ensuring clear communication and documentation.
• Conduct cash and security reconciliations for fixed income and equities, leveraging CSC knowledge to ensure accuracy.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including Business Requirements, Functional and Data Specifications, and Release Notes.
• Perform System Integration Testing (SIT), QA / UAT testing, and provide UAT support for production deployments.
• Drive assigned tasks end-to-end, engaging with reconciliation leads, developers, and supplier teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Identify process improvements and recommend effective solutions.
