- Handlingincoming leads which will constitute 70% of your role.
- Completingintakes with leads through phone email and inboundreferrals.
- Movingclients through the intake process including running conflictschecks andonboarding.
- Ensuringconflicts checks are completed for each new file as it is crucialfor the firms compliance andreputation.
- Fillingout necessary information within the CRM system to maintainaccuraterecords.
- Managingboth net new clients and existing clients with variousshareholders.
- Managingclient interactions including greeting visitors providinghospitality and managing mailruns.
- Demonstratinghigh attention to detail and organizational skills in managingclient dataeffectively.
- Activelyparticipating in crossfunctional collaboration to enhance clientexperiences and businessoutcomes.
Requirements
- 2years of previous coordinator or customer success experience.
- Previousexperience working in a B2B environment ispreferred.
- Experiencerelevant to client processes and providing exceptional clientexperiences.
- Highlevel of business acumen and professionalism in dealing withclients andstakeholders.
- Experiencewithin a legal environment is considered anasset.
- Abilityto adapt to and learn new applications quickly demonstrating strongtechnologysavvy.
- Provenability to challenge the norm and thrive in an innovativeenvironment.
- Comfortableworking independently and in ambiguoussituations.
