Full-time, reporting to Operations Manager (Hanoi), Motion Director and ECD (Toronto)
In-office role from Monday to Friday in Thanh Xuan, Hanoi, with some hybrid flexibility
Starting salary range between 25-35M VND, depending on experience and competency
Full benefits package following Vietnamese labour law
Support system for personal and professional development
Contribute directly to editing a wide range of formats across short-form videos, reels, branded content, and creative experiments
Shape raw material into cohesive, compelling stories with clarity, precision and style
Perform sound mixes, basic colour correction, and motion graphics when needed
Collaborate closely with producers, designers, and writers across local and international teams
Uphold post-production standards, ensuring consistency and excellence across all deliverables

📋 Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of editing experience

Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere , G Suite, and Slack (our internal work platforms). Working knowledge of After Effects and DaVinci Resolve is an asset

Ability to perform simple sound mixes and basic colour correction for web

Understanding of agency processes and team structures

Some experience in B2B marketing and communications design

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Film, Media, or a related creative field is a bonus
