Job descriptionDefine and evolve a roadmap for business intelligence (BI), including success metrics, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Build and lead a team to define datasets, metrics, and KPIs aligned with business objectives. Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations to track KPIs and drive business insights. Maintain data pipelines, automate reporting, and ensure reliable delivery of dashboards and visualizations. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze challenges, generate insights, and influence product and program strategies. Develop and evolve frameworks for marketing measurement and analyze performance to identify growth opportunities. 6+ years in data analytics, data science, or a related field. 4+ years creating dashboards, visualizations, and measurement frameworks for data-driven decision-making. Extensive experience with relational and dimensional datasets, data warehouses, and ETL techniques. Proficiency with Looker and LookML Models for building PDTs. Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization platforms. Advanced knowledge of SQL. Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences. Demonstrated ability to connect data analysis to actionable business strategies in retail or eCommerce environments. Experience with marketing attribution models and campaign performance analytics. Knowledge of customer journey mapping and retention strategies in the retail eCommerce space.
