Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Office Assistant at Expert Plumbing and Drains Inc located in Burlington, ON. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks primarily data entry with answering phone calls, managing emails, scheduling appointments, organizing files, and assisting with general office duties.

You will also provide support to the team and ensure smooth operations within the office. Must have some office experience.

Perfect candidate will have a good understanding of systems and processes with clearly illustrated organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
