Responsibilities may include duties such as :
Provide reception and clerical support in frontend services.
Maintain social media and advertising campaigns.
Process payroll and maintain employee records.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Requirements :
Proven experience or training in bookkeeping accounting administration data entry and / or marketing roles.
Proficiency with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Xero Freshbooks) current certification is an asset.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with strong English written and oral comprehension.
Knowledge experience or training in tax preparation processes is an asset.
Relevant certification (e.g. CPA CPB) is preferred.
