Job descriptionJoin our frontline team in a role built for those who thrive in the heart of a busy yard and shop environment. We are looking for the "shop hand" spirit—someone with the grit to manage heavy inventory and the technical discipline to keep our high-intensity operations organized, safe, and mission-ready.
Your Impact
Orchestrate the flow of a fast-paced yard, precision-maneuvering materials and equipment exceeding 50 lbs to keep the site optimized.
Maintain a "mission-ready" shop environment, ensuring tools, assets, and workspaces are organized and prepared for peak production cycles.
Execute demanding manual tasks across outdoor yard settings and indoor shop floors, undeterred by variable weather or rugged conditions.
Champion site safety by serving as a vigilant steward of our zero-incident standard, proactively identifying and mitigating shop hazards.
Drive operational continuity during 12-hour shifts, ensuring every piece of inventory is staged and every equipment maneuver is performed with technical care.
Who You Are
Industrial Professional: You possess a "yard hand" mindset, comfortable with the physical stamina required for heavy lifting and extended 12-hour shifts.
Shop-Savvy: You have a proven track record in high-demand environments (like shop or yard work) and are familiar with the pace of heavy industry.
Resilient Operator: You are undeterred by working outdoors or in a busy shop, bringing the grit needed to handle high-output atmospheres.
Precision-Focused: You treat every task—from moving raw materials to cleaning the shop—with the same level of discipline and attention to detail.
Mission-Ready: You show up with a proactive attitude, ready to support the team's success and follow rigorous safety protocols to the letter.
Advantages
Pay: Starting at $18-19/hr
Temp-to-Perm opportunity — potential for long-term employment and growth.
On-the-job training provided.
Opportunity to develop hands-on skills in a mechanical and industrial environment.
Supportive team and safe working conditions.
Responsibilities
Operational Support: Execute demanding manual tasks, including the frequent lifting and maneuvering of equipment and materials exceeding 50 lbs.
Site Management: Maintain operational readiness in challenging, high-impact industrial environments (outdoor, variable weather, and high-debris settings).
Safety Leadership: Adhere to rigorous safety protocols and contribute to a culture of zero-incident workplace standards.
Workflow Continuity: Commit to extended shifts and high-performance output during peak operational cycles.
Qualifications
Physical Capability: Demonstrated ability to perform rigorous physical labor over 10–12 hour shifts.
Technical Literacy: Proficient in the use of industrial hand tools, power equipment, and basic machinery.
Professional Reliability: A proven track record of punctual, consistent performance in demanding roles.
