Key job responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Software Development Engineers fostering technical excellence and professional growth
• Drive strategic technical decisions and ensure seamless system integrations across complex logistics platforms
• Develop and implement engineering best practices that promote code quality scalability and innovation
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical and organizational risks to maintain project momentum
• Manage engineering roadmaps and timelines while maintaining a customer-centric and data-driven approach

The base salary for this position ranges from $171400 / year up to $286200 / year. Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and / or other benefits.
