Job description

Are you seeking a dynamic opportunity to showcase your organizational prowess and communication finesse? Look no further! Adecco is hiring an accomplished Administrative Assistant to join our esteemed client's workforce in Saint John, NB. This is an exciting chance to secure not only competitive compensation but also invaluable experience during a short-term engagement.

  • Pay Rate: $25-30/hour
  • Location: Saint John, NB (on-site)
  • Shifts : 6 days/week |
    Work time:
    1 - dayshift 8 am to 4 pm
    1 - nightshift 7 pm to 3 am
    1 - nightshift 9 pm to 5 am
  • Job type: Full-time | Temporary (10-12 weeks)
  • Start date: September 12, 2026

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive assistance to various administrative functions.
  • Receive daily timecards from 3rd party subcontractors and code as per client billing requirements
  • Maintain meticulous records of billing codes and rates, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
  • Effectively manage the information in Excel
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of administrative experience is required
  • Posses intermediate excel skills
  • Keen Attention to Detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for success, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Must be an organized, analytical thinker who can also work well in a team environment
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
