We’re looking for an Automation Developer (UI Path) who can build, deploy, and optimize automation workflows that eliminate manual work and strengthen operational efficiency. You’ll work across teams to understand business processes, translate them into clear automation logic, and implement reliable solutions using UI Path and supporting tools.

What You’ll Work On
Automation Development
- Build, test, and deploy UI Path workflows across multiple business functions
- Translate process maps and requirements into structured automation logic
- Optimize existing automations for speed, stability, and error handling
- Develop reusable components, templates, and frameworks to accelerate development
Process Analysis and Scoping
- Work with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and understand workflows
- Document current-state processes and identify automation opportunities
- Recommend improvements that streamline operations or reduce manual work
System Integration and Testing
- Integrate UI Path automations with APIs, CRMs, databases, internal tools, and third-party platforms
- Conduct end-to-end testing and validation before deployment
- Troubleshoot issues and maintain monitoring systems for live automations
Documentation and Governance
- Maintain clean, up-to-date documentation for workflows, logic, and dependencies
- Establish and enforce best practices for automation development
- Track updates, versioning, and compliance requirements across automations
What You Bring
- 3 or more years of experience in automation development, RPA engineering, or similar roles
- Strong proficiency in UI Path, including workflow development, Orchestrator, selectors, and debugging
- Experience integrating with APIs, databases, and external platforms
- Strong understanding of process mapping, requirements gathering, and workflow design
- Ability to manage multiple automation projects with clear communication and ownership
- Comfortable working independently and solving ambiguous technical problems
Nice to Have
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, or SQL
- Background in process automation for operations, finance, or customer support
- Exposure to other RPA tools or workflow automation platforms
- Experience creating SOPs, documentation, or automation libraries
