On behalf of our Public Sector Client, Ignite Technical Resources is recruiting for a Technical Project Manager to join our Client's team on a 12-Month Contract basis. This role is Primarily Onsite and the Client is based in Burnaby, BC.
Summary of the Role :
The Senior Technical Project Manager will oversee multiple IT infrastructure projects within the Client's Project Services department. Projects include network infrastructure, data storage, servers / virtualization, and database services. The role involves planning, tracking, and delivering these projects on time and within budget.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Lead multiple concurrent IT infrastructure projects with a focus on network, server, storage, and database services.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget constraints.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary technical teams to achieve project goals.
- Implement best practices in project management for effective planning, tracking, and execution.
- Communicate project plans, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders in clear, actionable terms.
