Job descriptionEnthusiasm for apparel fashion and a strong sense of seasonless style. Understanding of colors, prints, proportions, and fabrics. Team-oriented attitude and eagerness to learn. Experience in Men’s design preferred. Strong time management, presentation, and organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Design preferred. At least 2 years of design experience. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and PLM. Desire to learn or experience with 3D applications like CLO.

Job Description
Position Overview : Junior Designer, Men’s
The Junior Designer works within the Men’s design team to create brand-appropriate products for Joe Fresh, aligning with seasonal business and profit objectives. The role reports to the Senior Designer.
Responsibilities :
- Design brand-right Men’s products under the guidance of the Senior Designer.
- Research new trends, fabrics, trims, and identify business opportunities, collaborating on seasonal concepts.
- Sketch products in CLO 3D and develop collections using Adobe Illustrator.
- Maintain style updates throughout the development season.
- Create styles and BOMs in PLM (Centric) during development.
- Prepare Tech Packs in Illustrator and upload to PLM.
- Attend weekly fit sessions with the Technical Design team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Raw Materials, Technical Design, Buying, and Merchandising.
- Visit Joe Fresh stores regularly to view new product set-up each season.
- Shop competitors and aspirational brands regularly.
- Organize bought samples and maintain file organization on SharePoint / OneDrive. Assist the Senior Designer with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
