  • Review and update existing documents to improve accuracy, clarity, consistency, formatting, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Conduct content audits to identify documentation gaps, inconsistencies, outdated information, and improvement opportunities.
  • Gather information through interviews, workshops, and working sessions with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
  • Translate complex technical and operational information into easy-to-understand content for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Apply and maintain documentation standards, templates, style guides, branding requirements, and terminology consistency across deliverables.

  • Demonstrated ability to work with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to gather, organize, and communicate information clearly.
  • Strong experience producing user-focused documentation for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to develop structured documentation for processes, systems, training, and governance needs.
  • Strong editing, formatting, document control, and version management skills.
  • Experience working in complex organizational environments with evolving processes, systems, and compliance requirements.
Preferred Skills and Tools

  • Familiarity with workflow/process mapping tools such as Visio.
  • Ability to design fillable digital forms and structured templates.
  • Strong knowledge of documentation standards, style consistency, accessibility, and branding requirements.
  • Excellent written communication, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration skills.
Work Approach
