Job description

Are you an experienced Customer Support Engineer with a background supporting technical services and products? Do you have experience working directly with clients to help troubleshoot issues, be a primary point of contact and resolve issues?

We're looking for a Customer Support Engineer for an initial 12 month contract to work hybrid on-site at our clients offices in Milton, Ontario!

Responsibilities
-Continuous Improvement: Lead improvement actions related to quality claims, returns, Lean Ordering, and delivery complexity reduction. Analyze performance gaps and implement sustainable correctives.

-Customer Mindset Leader: Act as the first customer escalation point for operational issues impacting the market. Promote customer-centric behaviors across teams.

-Direct Customer Engagement: Meet face-to-face and virtually with customers to review performance, resolve issues, and drive joint improvement plans. Support customer scorecards, QBRs, and service recovery actions.

Qualifications
- 5 + years of experience in a similar role
- Previous experience directly supporting end clients
- Ideally have a background supporting technical products and services (software, hardware, etc.)
