As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you're instrumental in Resolver's strategy to provide integration subject matter expertise to our customers.

With a key focus on partnering with Services, Product, DevOps and QE to implement successful migrations and/or integrations, you will also support Sales and Customer Success Managers to scope and quote custom integrations. We are all about internal cross collaboration to drive continuous improvement within tech services!

Your day to day - let's break it down!

Project Delivery (70%)
Measures of success: Customer feedback (NPS, references), peer feedback, 30% utilization, project margin, and number of implementation reruns

  • Support gathering project requirements needed to facilitate migrations and/or integrations.
  • Leverages attention to detail and impeccable organizational skills to manage, configure, and assist multiple customers with various data migration and/or integration requirements.
  • Develops a strong product knowledge to optimize customer satisfaction.
  • Apply relational database spreadsheet skills to support migration and/or integration.
  • Leverage data migration tools and programming scripts
  • Ability to provide API support
  • Understanding of external data and best methods to integrate with Resolver platforms
  • Perform data validation tests before and after importing of data to improve data quality
  • Support UAT in accordance with established standards
  • Test and troubleshoot migration and integrations between applications
  • Analyze and resolve technical and application issues

Technical Support (15%)
Measures of Success: Timely resolution of Production integration issues

  • Troubleshoot Customer production issues relating to Tech Services deliverables (. integrations)
  • Perform tasks as a second-tier support to our application support team
  • Provide best practices and resolutions along with documentation to
    enable support team members

Documentation & Reporting (10%)
Measures of success: Participation in process refinement activities, contribution to development of enablement content, contribution to LLs and FAQs

  • Consolidate and maintain technical documentation, integration guides and migration documentations
  • Participates in constantly enhancing the quality and efficiency of Resolver’s Technical Services delivery via cross-dept collaboration

Pre-Sales - Custom Integration (5%)
Measures of success: Participation in presales activities, timely and accurate work estimates, timely and accurate Statement of Work

  • Support the Tech Services Team Lead in discovery sessions and/or blueprinting workshops to capture project success factors and define project scope for custom integration projects
  • Support the documentation of custom integration project scope and work
    estimates in the form of a Statement of Work

People who Excel:

  • Experience in technical consulting with a strong ability to comprehend and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science/Information Systems is preferred
  • Strong technical aptitude; specifically, solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts; relational database design and querying concepts.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts

  • Exposure to MS SQL Server Scripting, SQL Server Reporting Services
  • Exposure to client/server, and service-based application development
  • Exposure to Data migrations, Integrations, API would be added advantage

  • Strong Ability to comprehend and troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Strong Ability to interact well with Customers, and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to manage competing priorities to achieve organizational results

  • The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $110,000
