What We Need
We are looking for a Technical Marketing Specialist with a passion for solving problems and improving processes. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, this role is ideal for someone with expertise in marketing technology, data management, and building automations.
This role is designed for individuals with a strong desire to grow, take on increasing responsibilities, and advance into a management position. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love taking initiative, and have an eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Marketing Technology Administration : Administer and optimize our marketing tech stack, focusing on Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Automation : Build and maintain automated workflows to enhance marketing efficiencies.
- Data Normalization : Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems through effective normalization practices.
- Data Cleaning : Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues, maintaining clean and reliable datasets.
- Reporting : Partner with our business analyst on developing and delivering insights through regular reports that track key marketing metrics.
- Web Administration and Development : Support WordPress administration; experience with coding languages like JavaScript or Python is a bonus.
- Google Ecosystem : Utilize tools like Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for performance tracking and insights.
- Data Visualization : Create impactful visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with sales, product, and content teams to execute integrated marketing initiatives.
- Initiative : Identify opportunities to improve marketing operations through innovative solutions.
- Documentation : Maintain clear documentation for marketing processes and systems.
- Project Management : Support the marketing team by managing incoming tickets to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
