· Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business processes in finance, manufacturing, and CRM.

· Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop technical teams, manage projects, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

· Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

· Problem-Solving: Innovative thinker with a track record of delivering creative solutions to complex challenges.

· Project Management: Strong organizational skills, with experience managing multiple projects and priorities.
