We’re looking for Maintenance Supervisor to join our Heffley Creek division , located in Kamloops, British Columbia . With approximately employees, Heffley Creek Division produces plywood and veneer products, safely and sustainably while producing approximately million square feet of plywood and million square feet of veneer per year , for customers around the world so they can build their homes and their communities.

Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications :

• Three to five years of maintenance supervisory experience .
• Red Seal Certification required ; Millwright ticket preferred.
• Post Secondary in Mechanical Engineering, forestry or business would be considered strong assets.
• Sawmill and / or manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Effective communication, organizational and time management skills .
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends as we are a / 7 operation.
• As we are not located in an area that is transit accessible, applicants must have reliable means of transportation to and from work.
