Job description

You'll be a great fit for our team if…

You have experience working in a warehouse and enjoy a role that combines hands-on work, organization, and customer interaction. You are comfortable managing inventory, preparing orders, and keeping a warehouse safe and organized, while also enjoying being on the road and delivering products to customers.

You are dependable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize competing demands. You enjoy working as part of a team but are also comfortable working independently. You have strong communication and customer service skills and take pride in providing a positive experience for every customer.

About Motion

Canadian-owned and operated, Motion is Canada’s leading full-service mobility and accessibility solutions provider and has served communities across Alberta, BC, Manitoba, Ontario, and Saskatchewan for more than 40 years through our network of 48 locations. Our knowledgeable and caring team of experts supports individuals and those who care for them by delivering solutions that make life accessible for everyone. Our products include wheelchairs, walkers, mobility scooters, power lift recliners, lifting devices, homecare and adjustable beds, bathroom safety items, and more. Whether our clients are 1 or 100, we have products to ensure the independence, mobility, and safety of clients of all ages.

The role

We are adding a Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver to our team in Regina, SK. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of the warehouse while also delivering and installing mobility equipment for our customers. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, processing and staging orders, organizing and preparing equipment for delivery, and ensuring products are safely transported to customers’ homes and community facilities. You will also interact directly with customers and provide a friendly, respectful, and professional experience.

This is a hands-on role that requires someone who is comfortable balancing warehouse responsibilities with regular local travel and customer-facing duties.

What’s in it for you

Impact. Every day at Motion provides a new opportunity to create a tangible impact on the lives of our clients. You will find deep professional satisfaction knowing that your work matters to Canadians in your community and beyond.

Professional development and networking. At Motion, we nurture a continuous learning and skills development environment. You will have:

  • Access to our internal Learning Portal, where we have a vast library of training with over 140 courses on our products and processes and professional development topics.
  • The opportunity to work with industry leaders who will guide you on your journey and ensure you have the tools you need to succeed and grow in the business.
  • The chance to attend industry events, including Motion’s own Rehab Expos, where you can network with vendors, occupational therapists, and your peers.

How you will spend your days:

  • Warehouse & Inventory Management: Maintain organized and efficient warehouse operations, track inventory movement, and ensure accurate stock levels for equipment, parts, and materials.
  • Order Processing & Staging: Work with Sales and Service teams to ensure order details are accurate and products are properly prepared and staged for delivery.
  • Receiving & Organizing Products: Receive, store, clean, pack, tag, and organize mobility devices, equipment, parts, and tools as they enter or leave the warehouse.
  • Inventory Counts: Participate in weekly and annual inventory counts and work with Finance and Management to maintain inventory accuracy and integrity.
  • Equipment Preparation: Assist with preparing and assembling mobility devices and equipment, including wheelchairs, lifting equipment, and power scooters, for delivery or customer use.
  • Delivery & Installation: Safely load, transport, deliver, and install mobility equipment at customers’ homes and community facilities.
  • Customer Experience: Interact with customers in a compassionate, respectful, and professional manner. Ensure customers understand the equipment being delivered and that their needs are met.
  • Safe Transportation: Operate a company vehicle safely and responsibly while travelling throughout the region.
  • Team Support: Assist other team members and departments whenever needed and be willing to move between warehouse, delivery, and customer service responsibilities based on business needs.
  • Warehouse Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and ensure equipment and materials are handled appropriately.

What you bring to the role:

  • Experience. You have a minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an inventory handling or a general warehouse role. You are comfortable using computers, can learn new systems and databases, and have a moderate understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Communication skills. You can clearly and concisely communicate in person, over the phone or on paper. You can provide outstanding customer service to any visitors or vendors who may be entering the warehouse.
  • Analytical skills. You are a strong problem solver with the ability to identify gaps and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Flexibility. You are able to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects simultaneously. You are a true team player but can also work on your own with little supervision.
  • Additional must-have requirements: you are able to lift up to 50lbs, have a clean criminal background check, and are bondable.
