Safety as a Core Value:
Aligning with our partner's foundational principles means treating workplace safety as an absolute, non-negotiable priority. You will serve as the champion of stringent occupational health, safety, and security protocols, ensuring a risk-free, highly structured environment for every single worker on the floor.

Global Prestige: Integrate into a unified, collaborative culture within a massive, internationally respected logistics enterprise.

High-Energy Atmosphere: Enjoy a vibrant and interactive workplace, collaborating daily with diverse staff members, upper management, external vendors, and key clients.

Modern Tech Exposure: Gain valuable, hands-on administrative experience utilizing cutting-edge Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to streamline workflows.

Active Lifestyle: Ditch the static desk job for a highly mobile, physically engaging position that keeps you active on the warehouse floor.

Responsibilities
Command the daily logistical operations of the facility, guaranteeing the swift, accurate reception, storage, and dispatching of incoming freight and outgoing supplies.

Direct, schedule, and empower a diverse crew of warehouse associates to consistently hit key performance indicators (KPIs) and uphold exceptional workmanship standards.

Verify that all production and client orders are processed and shipped promptly, strictly adhering to established service level agreements and tight delivery windows.

Execute meticulous inventory oversight utilizing advanced facility software, ensuring total alignment with customized client standard operating procedures.

Enforce a pristine and hazard-free workspace by rigorously applying corporate safety mandates, WHMIS guidelines, and preventive machinery maintenance routines.

Manage critical client communications and oversee essential back-office duties, including the processing of detailed expense reports and facility billing cycles.

Qualifications
Mandatory Experience: You absolutely must possess 1 to 2 years of direct supervisory experience specifically within a Third-Party Logistics (3PL) sector, paired with 2 to 3 years of foundational experience in supply chain or warehouse operations.

Industry Knowledge: You boast a comprehensive understanding of complex warehouse mechanics, logistical documentation, freight transportation frameworks, and modern WMS platforms.

Safety Credentials: You hold active WHMIS training and a valid Forklift Operator Certificate, fully capable of driving cargo machinery safely. (Holding a valid Transportation of Dangerous Goods / TDG ticket is highly desirable).

Interpersonal Skills: You are equipped with top-tier written and verbal communication abilities, sharp critical thinking skills, and strong project management capabilities.

Physical & Mental Resilience: You thrive under intense pressure and strict deadlines while comfortably performing physical labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Technical Literacy: You are highly proficient in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel, for daily administrative reporting tasks.

Educational Background: You have obtained your High School Diploma or an equivalent/higher educational certification.

Summary
