Our financial services client is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead ServiceNow Business Continuity Management (BCM) and SAM Pro feasibility assessments and roadmap development

Join a high-visibility consulting engagement within a major Canadian banking environment. The role focuses on ServiceNow BCM, Crisis Management, and SAM Pro roadmap work, supporting process redesign and technical delivery from feasibility through transition to operations. This position provides leadership in requirements translation, technical planning, and stakeholder collaboration across complex ServiceNow initiatives.

1,5 year Contract, Toronto, Remote, Working Hours: EST, 37,5 hours a week

Responsibilities

Conduct ServiceNow SAM Pro feasibility assessments and define roadmap
Participate in and facilitate business process redesign workshops
Collaborate with internal business clients to clarify and document technical and functional requirements
Establish project plans with key milestones and provide status updates through the development cycle
Create and manage ServiceNow epics and stories within technical project scope
Support the project team in resolving technical issues and transitioning solutions to operations
Provide technical guidance and maintain communication with key stakeholders throughout all phases
Perform ServiceNow BCM and Crisis Management feasibility assessments and develop roadmap

Must Haves

5+ years as a technical lead for ServiceNow implementations
3+ years delivering projects using ServiceNow SAM Pro
Hands-on configuration of ServiceNow Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro) module
Experience designing and configuring ServiceNow solutions based on business and technical requirements
University degree or college diploma in business administration, statistics, or a related field

Nice to Have

Ability to use data and information to inform problem solving in system and infrastructure contexts
Experience managing priorities and deadlines across multiple concurrent tasks
Experience leading discussions with diverse business and technical stakeholders
