Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. Our growing team is looking for a Senior Data Analyst!
About the role:
We’re seeking a Data Analyst (CRO – Growth) to accelerate experimentation and reporting in support of growth. The successful candidate will co-lead the design, execution, and analysis of high-impact A/B tests, while building reliable dashboards and data pipelines to democratize access to user insights.
Working closely with the Product and Actuarial teams, they will standardize metrics, strengthen data quality, and turn results into clear, actionable decisions. This role requires strong rigor, a data-driven mindset, and influential leadership to align cross-functional teams on testing decisions.
What you'll do here:
A/B test execution and analysis: Develop measurement plans, launch A/B tests, monitor and analyze results, and quantify business impact.
KPI standardization: Define consistent experimentation metrics and deliver clear reporting.
Data engineering: Contribute to scripts/data pipelines that power testing and reporting; improve reliability and speed of data extraction.
Dashboards: Design and optimize dashboards to track key KPIs and reduce manual work.
QA and tagging: Perform rigorous QA during implementations, help standardize tagging, and identify bugs and optimization opportunities.
Governance, best practices, and documentation: Document experimentation architecture and processes; support team understanding and adoption.
What you bring to the table:
At least 5–7 years of experience building dashboards across varying levels of complexity and technologies.
Strong experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B experimentation analysis.
Knowledge of digital analytics data (Google and Adobe Analytics, clickstream).
Advanced knowledge of Power BI and Snowflake or Python or Databricks, plus strong curiosity about dashboard best practices.
Performance-driven, results-oriented mindset; data-driven decision-making.
Previous experience in large enterprises.
Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and drive change.
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
