The role focuses on workspace configuration, Employee Center migration, CSDM alignment, and system integrations to improve operational efficiency and user experience.

Scope of Work / Initiatives (Planned This Year)

Digital Product Release (DPR) Workspace

Configure and enhance workflows for release management and reporting

Employee Center Migration

Transition existing portals to Employee Center for improved user experience

ServiceNow–Apptio Integration

Integrate Apptio for Service Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) reporting

CSDM Re-alignment

Assess and realign CMDB data model to CSDM standards

Azure DevOps (ADO) Integration

Implement bi-directional integration to streamline development workflows

Required Qualifications

4–6 years of ServiceNow development experience
