This Position reports to : Inside Sales Manager, Canada .

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to support the assigned Sales organization (division and market) and customers during the proposal process. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, determining costs, and preparing final documentation.

We will be contributing to the Electrification, Smart Building division of ABB Canada and are located in Dorval.

The work model for the role is hybrid, with 3 days per week at the office.

Responsibilities

• Supporting your Sales colleagues to determine the optimal and most cost-effective solutions to meet customer needs.
• You will play a key support role for the Sales team, preparing pricing reviews & providing exceptional sales support for our emergency lighting products within Canada.
• Reporting to the Inside Sales and Customer Service Manager, your strong technical and market knowledge will assist you in bringing efficient and effective solutions to customers.
• Providing support to internal and external sales teams by interpreting special requirements & indicating them on orders according to procedure.
• Analyzing customer needs and competitor offers through market intelligence and insight from Sales teams.
