The Role :

The STT (Software Training & Transitions) Trainer - Fixed Ops is responsible for delivering effective training and support to customers in the Service and / or Parts modules of the PBS Dealer Management Software. This role focuses on ensuring customers gain the knowledge and confidence needed to successfully use the software, both through virtual and in-person training sessions. The STT Trainer - Fixed Ops will develop a thorough understanding of all software modules, assist with new software installations, and provide ongoing support throughout the implementation process.

Job Responsibilities :

• Learn and develop an understanding of all areas of the PBS software and the process for training customers on the PBS software
• Develop a strong understanding of data entry processes and other essential tasks
• Work directly with customers and train all sessions in assigned module(s)
• Maintain a positive relationship with customers, identifying customer needs and ensure they are being met
• Responds to internal and external training requests in a timely manner
• Write up tickets and investigate issues that arise, escalate issues to corresponding teams
• Ensure STT queue is monitored
• Maintain documentation and update as processes change within department
• Knowledge sharing within own module and others within STT
• Take the initiative to learn new products to increase knowledge
• Willingness to commit to an ongoing system of education and cross-training
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
