Millwright – Manufacturing (Etobicoke, ON)
$44.36/hr | AFTERNOON SHIFT | Benefits + RRSP Match

Are you a skilled Millwright Mechanic looking to work in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment? Our Etobicoke-based client is hiring motivated millwrights to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot plant machinery, ensuring smooth operations every day.

Why You’ll Love It:

straight afternoon shift (2:30pm-10:30pm + OT)
12hr shift: (8hr shift + 4hrs of OT; OT after 44hrs)
afternoon shift premium ($0.50/hr)
benefits + $300 health spending account
RRSP match up to 7%

What You’ll Do:

Perform maintenance and repairs on machinery, including lathes, welders, milling machines, drill presses, cutting tools, and more
Fabricate or repair parts as needed to keep production running
Conduct preventative maintenance and safety inspections
Troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly and effectively
Assist with installing or relocating large plant equipment
Support food safety and quality processes as required

Who We’re Looking For:

3–5 years industrial or manufacturing experience
Fully Licensed Millwright
Skilled with industrial tools and equipment
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Safety-focused and committed to following procedures 100% of the time
must PASS a criminal background check
