• Must be willing and able to work comfortably in a hot, industrial production environment.
• Must be compliant with mandatory plant health and safety standards, including a clean-shaven policy required for proper respirator and dust mask fit-testing and seal compliance.
• Flexibility to participate in the after-hours on-call rotation schedule every 10 weeks.
• Proven troubleshooting and repair expertise with heavy-duty industrial conveyor systems and bucket elevators.
• Strong working knowledge of industrial pumps (specifically positive displacement or asphalt pumps) and rotating rollers.
• Basic operational familiarity and troubleshooting skills for industrial compressors and boilers.
• Ability to interpret mechanical blueprints, structural layout drawings, and technical schematics.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude with the ability to safely use precision measurement tools and shop equipment.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills to work effectively within a large, multi-disciplinary maintenance department.
