Job description

Job Title:

Blue Yonder WMS Discrete Support Engineer

About the role

As a Blue Yonder WMS Discrete Support Engineer, you will make an impact by designing, developing, and supporting custom technical components within Blue Yonder WMS Discrete environments. You will be a valued member of the supply chain and warehouse management solutions team and work collaboratively with functional consultants, developers, and client stakeholders to support critical warehouse operations.

In this role, you will:

· Design, develop, and support custom technical components for Blue Yonder WMS Discrete across inbound, outbound, inventory, and task execution processes

· Build and support solutions using MOCA, DDA, Integrator, Page Builder, Reports, and Labels

· Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions within Blue Yonder WMS

· Manage rollout creation, deployments, and environment migration activities across development, test, and production environments

· Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to ensure system stability and performance

What you need to have to be considered

· Hands-on experience supporting or developing within Blue Yonder WMS Discrete

· Strong working knowledge of MOCA development

· Experience with DDA, Integrator, Page Builder, Reports, and Labels

· Experience supporting warehouse operations such as inbound, outbound, inventory, and task execution flows

· Ability to support deployments, rollouts, and environment migrations

These will help you stand out

· Experience working in large-scale or enterprise warehouse management environments

· Prior experience providing production support and troubleshooting complex WMS issues

· Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until May 10, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $94,500- $108,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
