Sing Sing Willowbrook is a high-energy bar-restaurant built on an intentional collision of craft and culture. We lead with a kitchen that carries the weight of a Chef-driven restaurant, specializing in an unexpected but focused pairing of traditional Vietnamese pho and Neapolitan pizza. The menu extends into fresh takes on handhelds, bowls, and signature mains—many with a sharp Southeast Asian influence—ensuring the food program is never an afterthought to the bar energy.
The space is warm, lively, and designed with an edge, featuring an indoor/outdoor bar and an enclosed patio rooted in tropical bohemia design. Our bar program balances a serious cocktail list with a thoughtful beer selection, while weekends shift to a full brunch and coffee program highlighted by authentic iced Vietnamese coffees. We are building a team that thrives in a high-octane environment where the culinary standards are as high as the energy in the room.
