What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and serve drinks (cocktails, beer, wine) with speed and consistency

  • Engage with guests and create a fun, welcoming bar experience

  • Handle bar service and support the floor during busy periods

  • Stay organized and keep your bar clean, stocked, and ready

  • Upsell and recommend drinks to increase guest satisfaction and tips

What We’re Looking For

  • You’re fast, organized, and comfortable multitasking

  • You’re outgoing and confident with guests

  • You can handle a busy bar without getting overwhelmed

  • You show up on time and take your role seriously

  • Previous bartending or serving experience is preferred

Future Supervisor Track (for those who want it)
Strong performers can move into Shift Supervisor roles.
