Job Posting : Mobile Tactical Security Guard.

Location : 56 Pennsylvania Ave, Unit 18A, Concord, ON L4K 3V9.

Position Type : Full-Time – Continental Night Shifts.

Compensation : Starting at $19.00 / hour (based on experience and certifications; (includes applicable premiums)).

About the Role :

LTS Protective Services is hiring a dedicated and professional Mobile Tactical Security Guard to join our elite enforcement team. This position requires driving between multiple client sites, conducting proactive patrols, ensuring access control, and responding to on-site incidents. The successful candidate will demonstrate sound judgment, the ability to work independently, and a strong commitment to safety and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct mobile and foot patrols at various client locations.
• Monitor and secure properties by scanning NFC checkpoints and inspecting all access points.
• Enforce site-specific protocols and LTS policies.
• Respond to emergencies, alarms, trespassing, and other incidents.
• Accurately complete reports, logs, and daily activity summaries.
• Liaise with emergency services or local authorities when required.
• Remove unauthorized persons from private property.
• Ensure all assigned sites are patrolled during scheduled timeframes.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and the Operations team.
• Perform access control duties and assist clients, tenants, or site staff as needed.

Completion and maintenance of the required certifications are conditions of employment. All courses must be completed through Stay Safe or another provider approved by LTS.

Shift Schedule :

Continental Night Shifts : 7 : 30 PM – 7 : 30 AM.

Mobile Premium : +$1.00 / hour.
