Responsibilities:
- Expert implementation of CIAM solutions (Okta / Ping/ Transmit Security ) for enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) products and standards.
- Implement and customize SSO, MFA, and OIDC protocols for secure authentication flows.
- API integration and customization for user sign-in/sign-up and user profile management.
- Design and develop user journeys tailored to client requirements using orchestration tools.
- Strong UI customization skills for login, registration, and profile pages.
- Hands-on coding experience in Java, HTML, and related technologies for customizations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments when required.
- Act as a liaison between developers and customers, explaining requirements and ensuring smooth onboarding until go-live.
- Proven experience in CIAM platforms (Okta / Transmit/ Ping).
- Strong knowledge of SSO, MFA, OAuth2, OIDC standards.
- Proficiency in API handling and integration for identity workflows.
- Coding skills in Java, HTML, and UI design experience.
- Ability to customize user journeys and deliver client-specific solutions.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with developers and manage customer onboarding.
