Join our Calgary client for an initial 12-month contract as a Technical Writer where you will help shape the future of their procurement learning and development programs. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside an Instructional Designer to translate complex public procurement policies and technical tools like SAP Ariba into engaging, clear training materials. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy of all materials.
• Incorporate feedback from active training sessions to improve and refine learning content.
• Draft new training modules within established four to eight week timelines.
• Perform quarterly updates to procurement materials to maintain relevance and compliance.

Qualifications
• Ten years of experience in technical writing and the preparation of comprehensive training materials.
• Ten years of experience facilitating discussions with technical experts to determine business needs.
• Ten years of experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
• Ten years of experience writing for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Previous experience working within the public sector or a similarly large, complex organization.
